You will be trained to work on small cell, utility pole, and right-of-way infrastructure, aligning with safety-focused practices. Ideal candidates have telecom or tower experience and are ready to transition to a ground-based role, with opportunities for groth and formal training in RF, fiber, and cabling

Qualifications

• Experience transitioning from tower/telecom to small cell deployments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; company supports obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission small cell equipment and cabling.
• Install utility poles.
• Troubleshoot and maintain telecom systems and power connections.
• Operate bucket trucks for work on poles, rooftops and structures (not 300 ft towers).
• Read and follow construction prints and telecom schematics.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
