Job summary

NewLimit, a biotechnology company in South San Francisco, is looking for a dedicated Security & Infrastructure Engineer to build and own their security infrastructure. This role offers the chance to define security standards and build crucial systems for a clinical-stage biotech.

You'll take ownership of the security operations and work closely with the Computational Sciences team, using automation and AI to enhance security measures and support new generation medicines.

Qualifications

• Several years in security engineering, SRE, or infrastructure.
• Fluency with core security and IT systems.
• Experience supporting technical environments with vendor-managed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management with least-privilege admin.
• Set standards for endpoint security across systems.
• Build internal tools for onboarding and security reporting.
