Job summary

LVMWD is seeking its first Applications Analyst to join the Finance & Technology team in California. This role will manage enterprise applications from billing and financials to asset management, drive process improvements, and lead technology initiatives for staff and the community.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS and at least 3 years of experience with enterprise apps, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting. A valid CA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, including configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, systems integration, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise business applications across the District.
• Drive improvements to business processes and deliver faster, smarter outcomes for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with departments, vendors, and IT teams to keep critical systems running at peak performance.
• Lead projects from procurement and configuration through implementation and training.
