Role Overview: Skilled Ground Crew Member

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Ground Crew Member to join our team at our Finksburg Plant!

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a skid loader, as well as performing a variety of general labor tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free work environment throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a skid loader to support daily plant operations
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with CJ Miller standards
• Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, lifting materials up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the plant

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying and completing necessary tasks
• Proven proficiency in operating a skid loader
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment maintenance

Salary Range:
