Job summary

Brown’s Tree Service is hiring Ground Crew Members to join our tree crews in Topeka, Kansas. This is a full-time position where you will be expected to show up, work hard, and contribute to a safe, efficient crew. We value reliability, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Tree experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. CDL driving or outdoor labor experience are big advantages. Training and development opportunities are offered as part of this role.

• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Drag and process brush and limbs
• Feed wood chippers
• Assist climbers and equipment operators
• Help with tree trimming and removals
• Operate chainsaws and equipment when trained
• Load logs, wood, and debris
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
