Job summary

Petco is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to manage the grooming salon, lead a team of groomers, and deliver exceptional pet care. You will oversee operations, schedules, and performance while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grooming experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong grooming skills with knowledge of breed standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Create and manage grooming schedules to maximize capacity and coverage.
• Monitor salon performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Interact with pet parents to provide exceptional service and recommendations.
