Ideal candidates have 2+ years grooming experience or training, strong leadership, and excellent communication with pet parents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional grooming experience or completion of grooming training program.
• Strong leadership with 1–2 years of salon management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with pet parents.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and supervise grooming staff with coaching and evaluations.
• Create and manage grooming schedules to maximize capacity and meet demand.
• Perform professional grooming services per breed standards and client instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe salon and ensure equipment sanitation.
