Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader who can oversee daily grooming operations and lead a team of groomers, delivering high‑quality services and exceptional customer care to pets and their families.

You will manage schedules, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and well‑being of every animal while upholding Petco grooming standards and fostering a positive, growth‑minded salon culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in professional grooming and/or salon supervision.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of breed standards and grooming trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Perform expert grooming services when needed and ensure safety.
• Monitor revenue, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
