Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional pet grooming experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in breed-specific grooming styles and techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments safely.
• Knowledge of grooming tools, equipment, and salon sanitation practices.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about animal care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the grooming salon team to ensure high-quality, consistent pet grooming services
• Perform full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, trimming, nail clipping, and styling for dogs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming salon in compliance with health and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners through excellent customer service
• Assist in scheduling grooming appointments and managing salon workflow efficiently
• Monitor and order grooming supplies and inventory as needed
