Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is hiring experienced Pet Groomers, Dog Groomers, and Pet Stylists in Manitowoc to deliver full grooming services and a welcoming salon experience. You’ll groom dogs to breed standards or per client requests, ensuring safety and comfort while educating clients about products and services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional pet grooming, dog grooming, or pet stylist experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with breed-standard cuts, hand scissoring, clipping, and finishing techniques
• Strong understanding of animal behavior and safe handling practices
• Ability to lift, move, and handle pets or equipment up to 65 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Ability to provide your own grooming tools and equipment (clippers, blades, shears, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner

• Support store events and help grow your client base through great service
• Assist store team members as needed during grooming downtime
• Continue developing grooming techniques and skills to grow your career

Whether you’re turning a muddy mess into a proud pup, grooming to breed standards, or customizing a look based on a pet parent’s request, you play a key role in helping pets look and feel their best while building lasting relationships with their owners.
