Bentley's Pet Stuff is hiring passionate groomers to deliver exceptional grooming services in a supportive team environment. You will work with store staff to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean grooming area and participating in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Formal grooming/safety training and a proven track record of success.
• Comfortable using store scheduling software and basic MS Office.
• Ability to build relationships with pet parents and maintain a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform grooming clients according to breed standards and parent requests.
• Prioritize pet safety and well-being in every grooming session.
• Engage with pet parents, provide care education, and recommend retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized grooming area and work collaboratively with staff.
• Attend store or virtual trainings and participate in team meetings.
