Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour (base) + up to 45% commission

Candidates must have professional grooming experience in a salon or mobile setting. Bathing or grooming pets at home does not qualify. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform full‑service grooming, including bathing, clipping, brushing, and breed‑standard or client‑specific cuts.
• Prioritize pet safety and well‑being throughout the grooming process.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pet parents.
• Recommend appropriate products to enhance the pet’s care and appearance.
• Maintain grooming area cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Use store scheduling and POS systems as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Work collaboratively with the store and grooming team members.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on professional dog grooming experience required.

• Formal grooming education or certification preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active grooming environment with tubs, dryers, tables, and equipment.

• May require travel to other locations, meetings, or events, occasionally before or after store hours.
• Variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
• Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
