Job summary

Buc-ee's Mount Crawford LLC is seeking a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate to supply materials and merchandise for store functionality. The ideal candidate will promote a clean, friendly and in-stock environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires replenishing inventories, maintaining a safe work area, and assisting with inventory rotation and product receiving. This position features a rotating day/night schedule and weekend/holiday shifts with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Weekend/holiday work flexibility and rotating day/night shifts.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead.
• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations clean.
• Maintain clean supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Execute inventory product rotation.
• Receive product in accordance with Company delivery protocol.
• Update labels with price and UPC on backroom and store stock.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
• Work on the store's busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
