Job summary

Buc-ee's Smiths Grove LLC is hiring a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate to provide materials and supplies for store operations. The role emphasizes keeping a clean, friendly, and in-stock environment while supporting stocking and shelf upkeep.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work on the store's busiest days including weekends and holidays.
• Rotating schedule that alternates between day and night.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead.
• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain safe and clean environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations.
• Maintain clean supply area; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Execute inventory product rotation.
• Receive product according to Company delivery protocol.
• Update labels with price and UPC on backroom and store stock.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
• Work on the store's busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
