Job summary

Buc-ee's Alabama II LLC is hiring a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate to maintain in-store and backroom inventories, ensure shelves are stocked, and support overall store operations. The role emphasizes a clean, friendly, and in-stock environment, with rotating day/night shifts on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include replenishing inventories, updating labels, receiving product per company protocol, and maintaining a safe workspace while supporting a fast-paced retail team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead.
• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations.
• Maintaining clean supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Execute inventory product rotation.
• Receive product in accordance with Company delivery protocol.
• Update labels with price and UPC on backroom and store stock.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
• Work on the store's busiest days including most weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
