Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Exton, PA, is seeking a motivated Team Member to assist with receiving, stocking, and customer service on the grocery floor. You will maintain displays, ensure freshness, and support store programs under WFM standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations in a dynamic retail environment. Experience is not required, and scheduling may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

Maintains fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, rotating and stocking products.
Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, bulk bins, and dairy/frozen cases.
Prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and shift supervisor.
Maintains back stock in good order.
Assists with sampling program and keeps areas clean and attractive.
Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
Provides courteous, timely customer service and supports suggestive selling.
Reports safety hazards and adheres to health and sanitation procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
