Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, stocking, rotating, and checking codes.
• Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Supports sampling program and keeps sample areas neat and presentable.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, well groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly, and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
