Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Store Manager to supervise all store operations, drive sales and margins, and manage labor and expenses.

You will lead department managers and frontline staff, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and act as the store's representative in the community. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and financial oversight to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of store management and operations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
• Pass Food Safety Certification or other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Observe and enforce all store rules and company policies.
• Plan, organize, direct and control all store activities and operations.
• Observe all local, state and federal laws and regulations; inform, test and discipline staff as required.
• Ensure employees adhere to company procedures and customer service standards.
• Handle requests, refunds and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Act as the Company's representative within the store and community.
• Make decisions on operational choices to maximize operating results.
• Oversee checkout service and front-end accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and financial information.
• Manage all aspects of the store's operation including financial results.
• Perform other duties as directed; Travel Required: No.
