Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting customers, assisting, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Assign employees to specific duties.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, cash handling, or customer services.
• Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions; prepare reports for management.
• Enforce safety, health, and security rules; comply with company policies.
