The incumbent will train to become the Store Manager and will oversee daily operations, staffing, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must have access to a phone and be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers providing professional service.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assign and supervise employees in various store duties.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily sales records.
