Houchen’s Food Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Grocery department in Brownsville, TN. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while reporting to the Store Manager.

The role is positioned to train toward Store Manager responsibilities, including budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and enforcing company policies. It is a full-time, on-site role with duties across purchasing, pricing, and staff development.

Qualifications
