This role shares the responsibilities of the Store Manager and trains to become one, supervising store associates and handling duties such as purchasing, budgeting and personnel work. Qualified candidates should have strong leadership, customer service, and cost-control skills, and be prepared to manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to store staff.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Plan and implement staffing and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and display compliance.
• Prepare reports for management and budgeting purposes.
