Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked with a variety of food and grocery products and to provide exceptional customer service.

You will move products from pallets to shelves, pull backstock, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will interact with customers in a friendly manner, assist leadership to complete tasks on time, and be available for overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelf locations efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
