Responsibilities

1. Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm.
2. Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and hosts.
3. Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery products on shelves according to Floco Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
4. Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
5. Maintain organized, inventoried backstock in the backroom area.
6. Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, rotation of shelves and overstock, and proper product handling.
7. Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
8. Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
9. Communicate temperature problems to supervisor (dairy and frozen food).
10. Perform front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
11. Order product for aisles as assigned by management.
12. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts, and operate a pallet jack for extended periods.
