Job summary

Kj’s Market in Harlem, GA is seeking a part-time team member to provide friendly guest service and help with stocking and store maintenance. You will work with a team to keep shelves stocked, rotate products, and ensure a safe, clean shopping environment.

The role involves lifting, multi-tasking, and assisting with deliveries while delivering fast, friendly service to guests. This is a part-time, on-site position offering flexible scheduling and a strong benefits package through the family-owned

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Knowledge of grocery operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and hosts.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery product on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for guests.
• Maintain organized backstock in the backroom.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and backroom.
• Communicate temperature problems to supervisor.
• Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait.
• Order product for aisles as assigned by management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• 1. Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and hosts.
• 2. Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery product on shelves according to Floco Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
• 3. Maintain neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
• 4. Maintain organized, inventoried backstock in the backroom area.
• 5. Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, rotation of the shelves and overstock, and proper product handling.
• 6. Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
• 7. Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
• 8. Communicates temperature problems to supervisor (dairy and frozen food).
• 9. Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
• 10. Order product for aisles (as assigned by management).
• 11. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
