Qualifications

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including lifting techniques and tool safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lifts, walk-behind lifts, balers and compactors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: greet guests, answer questions, and handle concerns professionally.
• Stock & Display: stock aisles, keep products fresh and properly rotated.
• Offer Assistance: help guests locate products and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: unload deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaboration: work with Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: keep department tidy and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: address guest concerns with care.
• Meet Goals: ensure shelves are fully stocked by target times.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
