Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. is hiring for a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate in Virginia. The role involves stocking, replenishing, labeling, and maintaining a clean, in-stock store environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends or holidays as needed.

The position offers a $22.00 per hour wage with medical, dental, vision, 3 weeks PTO, and a 401(k) with 100% match up to 6%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelf and floor inventories to full conditions daily.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
• Receive product according to company delivery protocol and update labels with price/UPC backstock.
• Perform inventory rotation and other duties as assigned.
• Work on the store’s busiest days, including weekends/holidays, with rotating day/night schedules.
