Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Wakefield, Rhode Island, is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled, assist customers, and help locate items on the floor during daytime shifts; overnight, prepare the store for the next day with deliveries and restocking.

You will move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, keep aisles clear, and follow safety and stocking procedures, with a fast-paced, physical environment and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers with training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Overnight shifts involve deliveries, restocking shelves, and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and work areas organized.
