Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain grocery stock levels and ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness across the department. You will help keep displays full, rotate dated items, and assist customers with questions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with the ability to operate equipment, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate manual or electric pallet jack (18+).
• Ability to safely operate department equipment and handle items.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operates pallet jack to unload product and reload returns.
• Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly.
• Inspects product for quality and maintains food safety standards.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working environment.
