Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) seeks a dedicated team member to maintain stock levels and uphold quality in the grocery department. You will ensure displays align with company standards and support customer service and sales.

Responsibilities include stocking, operating equipment safely, and assisting customers with inquiries. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate pallet jack (18+).
• Ability to safely operate department equipment.
• Ability to handle objects to avoid damage.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ to operate equipment.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operates pallet jack to unload product and reload trucks.
• Ensures dated product is stocked or discarded properly.
• Inspects product for quality and maintains food safety standards.
• Responds to price check questions and assists customers.
• Promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives.
