Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is looking for a motivated grocery team member to maintain stock levels, ensure product quality, and promote excellent customer service in our busy stores.

You will operate a pallet jack, rotate inventory, and help keep aisles safe and clean while following company standards. BGC offers growth opportunities, employee discounts, and a supportive work culture across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 18+ years to operate equipment.
• 21+ years to drive for Company business per policy.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves.
• Operate pallet jack to unload and reload trucks.
• Ensure dated product is rotated, stocked, or discarded as needed.
• Inspect product quality and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist customers with price checks and locate products.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.
• Greet customers and respond to questions and complaints.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by following safety procedures.
