Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a hardworking team member to help guests with friendly service, stock shelves, and maintain backroom inventory. You will support unloading deliveries, rotate products, and uphold store standards to keep aisles neat and safe.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and operate basic equipment. Teamwork and reliable communication are essential for meeting guest demand and ensuring smooth front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products on shelves per standards.
• Maintain neat, safe work area for guests to shop without agitation.
• Keep backstock organized and inventoried in the backroom.
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation on sales floor and backroom.
• Communicate temperature issues to supervisor (dairy/frozen).
• Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait.
• Assist with grocery department inventory and meet guest demand.
• Ensure adequate product levels and maximize sales and profits.
• Order and merchandise ad items for promotions.
