Job summary

Harris Teeter in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations. You will handle product stocking, packaging, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory standards.

This role requires basic math, reading/writing in English, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. You must be 18 or older and complete Harris Teeter training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
• Process/pack/store products according to Grocery Standards
• Clean work areas and provide customer service; unload stock and reload salvage
