Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain proper Specialty Merchandise stock and backroom inventory per standard practice.
• Maintain shelf allocations according to plan-o-grams and ensure proper placement.
• Understand and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge on duty.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
