H-E-B is looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Houston to help customers, package groceries, and load purchases into vehicles. You will unload merchandise from baskets, stock bag areas, and assist shoppers throughout their visit.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay attentive to customer needs, and lift items as needed.Training on orientation and safety is provided.

Formación

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to maintain productivity and meet efficiency standards.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire).

Responsabilidades

• Unloading merchandise from baskets and assisting customers with groceries to their vehicles.
• Packaging groceries and helping transport purchases from store to vehicles.
• Stocking bag areas and sanitation duties (mopping, dusting, sweeping).
• Carts and basket relocation, and return-center cleaning to maintain store safety and cleanliness.
