Job summary

H.E.B. in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers and transport groceries from store to vehicle. The role includes stocking, sanitation, and assisting with daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will unload merchandise, assist with locating items, maintain bag areas, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the store. Training on safety and company orientation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in unloading merchandise from baskets.
• Packages groceries and assists customers in transporting to their vehicles.
• Assists customers in locating merchandise.
• Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside the store.
• Maintains and stocks bag areas; returns products to proper locations.
• Stocks and stages bags; stocks check stand supplies.
• Distributes Buddy bucks to registers and replaces anti-fatigue mats.
• Carts & Parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup.
• Performs red basket fill up / retrieval.
• Cleans, mops, dusts, sweeps, vacuums check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area.
