Job summary

Kroger is hiring a customer service-focused team member to provide exceptional service in a safe, clean environment. You will assist customers, stock, unload deliveries, and help maintain attractive shelves while following company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include answering questions, processing requests courteously, reading shelf and label codes, and helping with displays. Prior retail experience is welcomed; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous comparable experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to read product codes and price labels.
• Willingness to unload trucks and stock shelves.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service in store.
• Respond to customer questions and requests politely.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise onto shelves.
• Read shelf and merchandise codes and labels.
• Attach price labels to items as required.
• Build displays and move stock to designated areas.
• Operate a pallet-jack or related equipment when needed.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
