• Keep the Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Build displays to drive incremental sales and rotate merchandise for freshness.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns politely and professionally.
• Apply proper stocking techniques and ensure correct prices and signs.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries if trained.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to health and OSHA guidelines.
• Follow security policies and maintain productivity standards.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
