Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a store associate to ensure the Grocery department is well stocked and appealing to customers. You will greet customers, handle stock, and assist with deliveries while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience is needed, and training is provided. The position is on-site with a starting hourly rate of $12.77 and opportunities up to $20.00.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps the Grocery department well stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and helps resolve concerns promptly in a polite and professional manner.
• Applies proper stocking techniques to ensure products are properly located on shelves with correct prices and signs.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries with training provided.
• Maintains sanitation by following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to meet health and OSHA requirements.
