Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser - Grocery to ensure client products are available and displayed, driving incremental sales through store visits and collaboration with store managers.

You will stock, pre-sell, and build displays, install promotional materials, take photos of completed work, and report results using tablets or mobile devices.

Flexible schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with start at 9:00 AM; mileage reimbursement and health plan options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, customer service, and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection, plus MS Teams/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available, displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain displays.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to grow client and customer volumes.
• Accurately complete audits and report results using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Receive and deliver promotional materials to stores and install materials as directed.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to document success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Partner with store management and associates, coordinating with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
