• Notify management of accidents involving customers or employees.
• Maintain and train storage/back-up procedures for receiving.
• Ensure maximum security of receiving area.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of needed repairs.
• Enforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions.
• Maintain proper temperatures and temperature logs for cases and coolers.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory for all delivered product.
• Process damaged/returned goods and complete paperwork.
• Check product condition, quantity, pricing, and temperature on receipt.
• Ensure tools for shipping/receiving function properly.
