Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Responsibilities include:

• Report safety risks, issues, and illegal activities such as robbery, theft, or fraud.
• Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
• Develop and train backup for DSD Receiver.
• Ensure maximum security of the receiving area.
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
• Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers, and keep logs.
• Adhere to food safety regulations.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory for delivered products.
• Process damaged/returned goods and complete paperwork.
• Check condition, accuracy, pricing, and temperature of received products.
• Ensure tools for shipping and receiving are functional.
• Monitor inventory and stocking conditions, including computer-assisted ordering.
• Report discrepancies in product ordering/shipping.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Promote trust and respect among team members.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum:
