Job summary

PCC Community Markets in Kirkland is hiring Flex Clerks to deliver friendly, efficient service across grocery and produce areas. You will stock, rotate, and display products, assist customers, and support multiple departments as needed.

Role requires excellent math and cashiering basics, ability to lift 10-40 lbs, and a WA Food Worker Card. Starting wage is above minimum with multiple perks and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable with excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate basic math skills and proficiency at 10-key.
• Must have a Food Worker Card from the WA Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Stock and rotate grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products.
• Face grocery, dairy and frozen aisles and maintain back-stock organization.
• Build and maintain produce displays; update price changes and signage.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Operate cash register and process payments according to PCC standards.
• Assist other departments as needed.
