Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Grocery Replenishment Specialist to maintain 95% service level while meeting inventory budgets and cost/margin targets. You will optimize inbound performance, ensure accurate POs, and balance profitable inventory with turns.

Responsibilities include managing vendor books, expediting POs, and maintaining profitable inventory levels. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a wage range of $65,000–$75,000 annually in our warehouse office environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year procurement experience preferred.
• 1 year grocery/retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools (E3, AWR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 95% service level and budgeted inventory targets.
• Process and optimize POs to ensure accurate orders.
• Manage vendor selections and item assortment optimization.
• Coordinate replenishments for seasonal events and promotions.
• Ensure timely, accurate communication with vendors and leadership.
