Job summary

Kroger in Texas is seeking a dependable team member to complete section plan-o-gram work on a scheduled weekly basis in a grocery store environment. You will read and implement plan-o-grams, organize new item tags, and prepare the work area to support a clean, efficient reset.

The role requires clear English communication, ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods. You will work with store management and staff, following Kroger guidelines and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language.
• A smartphone with internet/data access is required; app usage may be needed.
• Must be able to provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Can work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relationship with store management and staff.
• Practice safety and adhere to clocking in/out guidelines.
