Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is hiring a Click & Collect Clerk to fulfill online grocery orders and deliver pickup at the store. You will review orders, select items, and ensure accuracy while maintaining friendly customer service.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and basic handheld device usage, with full-time hours including weekends and evenings in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shop and stage orders for online customers.
• Deliver orders to customers at pickup.
• Review app alerts when orders are placed.
• Locate and select correct items from the order list.
• Communicate with customers when items are unavailable.
• Check expiration date, quality, and condition of items.
• Complete transactions at checkout.
• Assist with go-backs and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain inventory for freshness and turnover.
