Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shop and stage orders for online customers.
• Deliver orders to customers at pickup.
• Review orders when alerted by the app.
• Locate and carefully select correct items from orders.
• Communicate with customers if items are unavailable.
• Check expiration date, quality, and condition of items.
• Complete checkout to finalize orders.
• Assist with returns to shelves (go-backs).
• Assist in inventory control to maintain freshness and turnover.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times.
