Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to provide outstanding customer service and support the Personal Shopper program. You will handle internet orders, help customers, and assist with cashier duties while maintaining store standards.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong communication, be 18 years or older, and be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will be provided to all associates involved in extensive customer contact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and making shopping visits pleasant.
• Handle internet orders: download orders and load customer vehicles.
• Operate Point of Sale Register and bag orders per policy; complete required paperwork.
