Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is looking for a Warehouse Selector in Brattleboro, VT. You will pick, gather and organize products and prepare orders for delivery to local customers, staying active and keeping safety at the forefront.

This role features training with paid start, a 4-day work week, and potential for higher hourly pay after training, plus regular incentives and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• General education requirements include GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensure order accuracy while following safety standards.
• Operate a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move cases and label appropriately.
• Apply proper wrapping techniques to protect products from damage.
• Inform supervisor of any quantity or description discrepancies.
• Perform equipment inspections and document results.
• Frequent lifting of varying weights and heights.
• Follow all safety procedures for material handling equipment.
