Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector at our Windsor Locks location. Paid training starts at $24.00 per hour with potential premium; after training, earn $25.00 per hour and an average of $30.00 per hour in performance-based scenarios.

Evening shift with a 4-day work week is available in Windsor Locks, CT. Responsibilities include picking items from sheets or headset, stacking pallets, ensuring order accuracy, operating equipment safely, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma or GED required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move products and apply labels.
• Using proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety during transport.
• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing the appropriate forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weights and shapes.
• Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.
